Cleanliness and nice staff
Rooms are big, comfortable and clean the property is beautiful and has many options for dining entertainment and strolling. access to the waterpark was free and the experience is awesome
The atmosphere was very friendly, everything was thoughtfully arranged for every need, and it felt very safe for me and my family. In particular, the behavior of two restaurant staff members, Rafiqol and Sonam, was especially warm and friendly and left a great impression on me.

I recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt Hotel and overall had a good experience. The gym amenities were excellent, very well-equipped and maintained. The valet service was smooth and the staff there were friendly, and both check-in and check-out were fast and efficient.

This is an exceptional property and it even makes it better for families with kids because of the newly opened water park . My son had his best time at the hotel , everything was just perfect
The services were excellent , breakfast was very good and had a variety of food . the waterpark was so much fun for the kids and a lot of lifeguards around the pools so felt very safe to relax while the kids swim

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Hyatt Dubai. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very well-appointed, making our stay extremely pleasant. The buffet breakfast was amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options that we all enjoyed. The hotel also features beautiful swimming pools, perfect for relaxing and fun. A highlight for the kids was the new water theme park next to the main pool. They absolutely loved all the slides and water activities, it made our stay extra special and memorable for the whole family. Overall, an amazing experience and highly recommended for families!

There’s helpful team front of hotel , reception not that good they not qualified much but there’s two Egyptian guys they were very friendly and helpful the manager of day moaz and the other at night I not remember his name he was bold but he was very helpful honestly and really care about the clients The outdoor and vale were awesome and very helpful to carry stuff and always smiling and very friendly most are Indians as I remember and all are very helpful Room clean , and the room service are perfect
